Everything means something, right? Or having I been trying to understand mysterious pre-compiler error messages too long. Hmmm, standing in line at the Credit Union the other day, I noticed that the pattern of rivets in those metal pieces that join beams (gussets?) seemed like Morse code. Anyhow, these symbols adorn the front of what used to be the music building at UMaine. Surely they represent something about music, a scale, a chord progression, the words to Hey Jude written backwards, something. So help me out here: what do they represent? | |
