Newport Folk Festival (The Duhks, Mary Gauthier, Indigo Girls), sailing up Somes Sound with Marge & Miff, lobster rolls on Peter's party barge, Ruthie Foster and band in canoes and kayaks, Melissa's work crew getting wild life pictures, many visits to the eagle's nest, a cookout with sparklers and an ice cream ball, and always a trifle. All while writing a major national survey at work. Yup, no time to document.
