For the last couple of weeks, it has been all about the Labor Mural that the governor removed from the Department of Labor in Augusta. The thuggish jerk has managed to unite the arts community and the labor unions. "Recall Paul" was the cry. Today I went down to the state house for a press conference/rally. I don't think it will be the last time. I now have a standard way to get there and park (Western Ave to the parking garage on Sewell Street).
Dave Mallett sang a couple of songs.
In MuralGate our ridiculous governor has managed to unite the labor and arts communities and everyone who cares about history. Lots of good protests, lawsuits and art has sprung up around it. Here are some links.
