A rainy day Border's & lunch run to Bangor. I bought one book (Fred Krupp/Miriam Horn: Earth: the Sequel, The Race to Reinvent Energy and Stop Global Warming, and took names of several for ordering online, the first being Infidel by Ayaan Hirsi Ali. The Krupp book is not a rant -- I'm already in the choir -- but a detailed explanation of emerging technologies and market forces that can make it happen given a level playing field that hopefully we'll get closer to after the next election.

Some good online reads this week:
Ok Go's Damian Kulash on Net Neutrality
Alice Walker's Open Letter To My Sisters Who Are Brave.
