![]() Put in a few hours of trail work this weekend mostly reclaiming a bog bridge, a sixteen inch wide walkway through a sea of those free range corn dog things, called cattail or bullrush, from the bog that wanted to assimilate it. I used a swinging blade that's shaped like the letter D with a handle attached to the curved part. I think I remember my father using one of them. I'll have to check that with my sister Claudia who has the best memory for details of our childhood. Changing closets out to fall clothing. Hated to put all the capri pants away. Here's what I like about them: only women wear them; finally women get the pants with the cool pockets very handy for cell phones; wearing them to work is like breaking the spirit of the dress code without breaking the letter.
